“MHCM has a long history in our region,” said Michael Oates, President and CEO of HVEDC. “We look forward to having Scott actively involved in the HVEDC and working with him to advance the right developments and in a way that contributes to economic vitality in the seven counties our organization touches.”

With over 20 years in business, MHCM has developed some of the most significant projects in the Hudson Valley. From Abilities First to Our Lady of Lourdes High School, as well as the newly renovated Firehouse Lofts and Hudson Valley Hospice, MHCM’s dynamic portfolio spans a wide range of projects. But at the heart of each is the same goal: to improve the community they serve and the lives of those who live there.

“As a family business, we greatly appreciate the power of teamwork,” Travis said. “As our projects and our impact in the region have grown, we also want to increase our involvement in the community.”

The announcement follows MHCM’s joining the Orange County Partnership (OCP), Orange County’s center for economic development. As members of OCP, MHCM will seek to continue to deepen its roots in Orange County.
