Cruden begins residential and commercial construction on Colinton Road in Edinburgh

Work has started on a new multi-million pound private development that will see a mix of residential housing and commercial space built on Colinton Road, Edinburgh.

Dunedin House Properties and Rutherford appointed Cruden East Building to deliver this two-part project located adjacent to the Craiglockhart Leisure & Tennis Center and close to Edinburgh Napier University. The two contracts have a combined value of £ 6.2million.

Conceived by Yeoman McAllister Architects, the development will provide much-needed private accommodation in this ideally located part of Edinburgh.
