Brodsky organization obtains full lease of “Plank Road” at 662 Pacific Street in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn

The Brodsky Organization has leased all available apartments at “Plank Road,” the latest residential building in the Pacific Park mega-development in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. Designed by Marvel Architects, the 27-story building is located at 662 Pacific Street and offers a collection of 312 mixed-income apartments, amenity spaces and ample outdoor space.

When the rental launched, the effective price was set at $3,065 for studios, $3,425 for bedrooms and $5,375 for two bedrooms. Floor plans ranged from studios to two-bedroom layouts, all of which feature open floor plans, hardwood floors, full-height windows, and name-brand appliances.

Residents also have access to a rooftop pool, fitness center, common lounge, multiple outdoor spaces, bike storage, children’s playroom, and more.

The development comprises a total of 94 affordable housing units.

“This is a major achievement for Plank Road and our team, said Alexander Brodsky of The Brodsky Organization, who secured the full lease just seven months after receiving property occupancy certificates. “Being able to fully lease the building in just seven months is proof of the strong demand for high-quality apartments, first-class amenities and a prime location, all of which Plank Road offers.”

Pacific Park will eventually include 17 high-rise buildings. Notable completed structures include the Barclays Center, the world’s tallest modular building at 461 Dean Street, and the 550 Vanderbilt Avenue condominium, among other residential, commercial and affordable properties. When completed, Pacific Park will have more than 6,000 apartments, including 2,250 affordable units and approximately eight acres of publicly accessible open space.
